How it works:
- Initially we work with you over the telephone or in-person to precisely define the business problem that needs solving. Working with you we research the problem. We gather data and look for examples of where and and how the same or a similar problem has been solved previously.
- We then run one or a series of problem solving sessions
with you and your team using our
MultipleMind Method.
- We can then, if appropriate, assist with the implementation of the solution.
